This Shipping Policy describes how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Olivéa (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website www.olivea-care.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Refund/Return Policy.
Order Processing Times

Processing window: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Peak periods & verification: During peak seasons, promotions, or when additional verification is required, processing may take longer.

Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship primarily within the United States. Estimated delivery windows below begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Expedited options: If offered at checkout, delivery timeframes will be shown there.
Note: Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, customs, and other factors outside our control may affect actual delivery times.
Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, service, and order weight/size.

Any promotional free-shipping thresholds or codes will be clearly indicated on site or at checkout (when applicable).
Tracking Your Order

Tracking email: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Updates: Tracking events may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier picks up the package.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Correct details: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Changes after purchase: We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@olivea-care.com.

Undeliverable/returned packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect, we can reship the order once additional postage is paid. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Marked delivered but not received: Please check with household members and neighbors and allow 24 hours. If still not found, contact the carrier first to open a claim, then email us at info@olivea-care.com with your order and claim numbers.

In-transit loss or damage: For damage, keep all packaging and provide photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and item. We will assist you with the carrier claim process.

Liability: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Olivéa is not liable for packages after carrier confirmation of delivery or for circumstances beyond our control. Any remedy is subject to carrier investigation and our Terms & Conditions.
Partial Shipments
To expedite delivery, we may ship items separately at no extra cost. You will receive separate tracking numbers when applicable.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Before fulfillment: We may be able to modify or cancel an order before it enters processing. This is not guaranteed.

After fulfillment: Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review our Refund/Return Policy for post-delivery options.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Estimated ship dates for pre-order/backorder items are provided on the product page or at checkout and are subject to change. Your payment method may be charged at purchase to reserve inventory.
International Shipping (if offered)
If international shipping is displayed at checkout:

Duties & taxes: Recipients are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or customs charges imposed by the destination country.

Non-Deliverable Circumstances
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to certain addresses (e.g., PO Boxes for oversized items, freight forwarders, restricted locations) at our discretion. You will be notified if this affects your order.
