This Refund/Return Policy explains when refunds or exchanges are permitted by Olivéa (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website www.olivea-care.com. By placing an order, you accept the terms described here in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy.


Customer-Centric Return Philosophy

At Olivéa, we aim to make every customer satisfaction a priority. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise arranged. We evaluate returns on a fair and case-by-case basis.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@olivea-care.com with:

  • Order Number

  • Item Name

  • Reason for Return

Our team will respond promptly and guide you through the return process.


Return Address

If instructed to return an item, please ship to the address we provide in your confirmation email. Do not ship to any other address—failure to follow this may result in return refusal.


Returns Timeframe

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

  • A return fee may apply and will be communicated during the process; alternatively, a store credit may be issued, with the fee deducted.

  • Allow 7–10 business days after receipt for processing.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original, sealed packaging.

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage may be denied.


Return Cost

  • If the return is due to our error (defective item, damaged item, incorrect item, or incomplete order), there will be no return fee, provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Otherwise, return fees may apply unless waived or credited as store credit.


Refunds for Returns

  • Refunds are issued for the item price only. Shipping fees (including express or international) are non-refundable.

  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, or as store credit if applicable.


Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges when feasible. Depending on circumstances, we may ship a replacement instead of processing a return. Allow up to 12 business days for delivery of exchange items.


Bundle Orders

Items purchased as a bundle must be returned together. Partial returns from bundles are not accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased with discount codes, marked as Final Sale, or discounted beyond a set threshold are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • In such cases, we may still offer an exchange at our discretion.


Self-Service Returns (if available)

Where self-service returns are offered, you will:

  • Provide your order number and postal code.

  • Choose between refund or exchange and pay for your return shipping.

  • Receive a return label via email.

For international returns, labels may not be provided. You may need to send via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), and return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless in cases of our error.


Customs Delays

If returns are delayed or held at customs, we cannot process a refund until the item has been received and cleared. Please monitor tracking and reach out if there are delays.
